My latest workshop to help Lionesses roar! After the first successful workshop..The Lioness workshop that attracted Mother's of all ages, I am running the second on 28th November in Totnes. I am running this second workshop because there are so many women whose sense of purpose seems to disappear , when their kids have left the nest..and it doesn't seem to get better! Feelings of loss, loneliness and even regret can linger, add to that feelings of anxiety about how to support their beloved offspring from a distance, and life can feel grey. With this workshop we will rekindle the fire for life and believe in ourselves again!
